PRODUCT PRICE IS FOR YOUR DEPOSIT
This is only a non-refundable deposit and will be applied to the purchase price of your beef. The final payment is due prior to beef being custom cut via cash, certified cheque or e transfer.
Final price is based on hang weight.
1/2 beef is 375-450lbs at a price range of approximately $3000-3600.
Hang weight is bone in so once its cut and wrapped it will be 65-70% of the hang weight.
Please refer to the cut sheet for a general idea of what you could get from a half. With that being said you can modify to better suit your personal needs, for example you may not want short ribs and could add more ground beef.
